A leader is not just one who leads.

A leader would at least have a certain capability,
someone who can lead, someone who can wait for the team to catch up, someone who's willing to turn back and walk with his team and move forward again together.

Just some thoughts above.

anyway, been busy these weeks.
both hard at work and play.
been playing very hard for the past weekends.

heehee.

well, bad news is that i'm starting to shed skin.
only recently.
so i looked very awful on my back.

gonna wake up early and work hard again tmr.
yawns.
